Connecting with nature and the landscape is more important now that ever.
The home studio, though not ideal, is working nicely. I have been slowly working on this change for the last 4 years, and now with the world shut down due the the pandemic, I find myself in the exact same place as everyone else...working from home if possible. The fact is, I love working from home. Cutting out the massive overhead of a commercial studio property in Bozeman, has made it possible for me to continue to keep this business running over the years, and even more so now.
My goal was to get out of doing work that my heart was not in. I had built a good business shooting high end homes and ranch real estate for local builders, architects and agents, and it kept the lights on and the kids fed for many years. But my soul was beginning to feel the damage of doing work that you do not love. Most everyone can relate to this, doing what needs to be done is part of life, but we can make changes in order to do exactly what we are "called" to do....
Feeling grateful for all my patrons that have continued to support me by buying my work over the years. Thank you!
