An amazing sunset glow over the eastern plains near Ekalaka in the Medicine Rocks State Park......I spent a full fall day and night hiking all over the park area exploring around to find the right spot for a shot, it was fall, quite cold and luckily I was the only one there. Some of these sandstone spires are well over 50 feet tall, and almost evoke the feeling of watching clouds change with the amazing natural carvings provided over time from wind and rain.
