Absaroka Glow
Location: Paradise Valley, Livingston, MT
The immense fall sunset glows over the Absaroka Range in the Paradise Valley near Livingston Montana.
It was the first snow of the year, just above 9000 feet, and I had this location (Antelope Butte) picked out for a few years now, but I couldn't quite find the right time to get there. I took a gamble and headed over the hill to sit a relax for the evening, and see what happens. I could not have asked for anything better, the valley was revealed...November 2005.
