I've been asked several times, where is Cottonwood Lake? Well, it depends on the time of year, and yes, it is actually a reservoir. This year (2005) we had quite a bit of spring rain, and it held the water late into summer.....If you look closely you can see several pelicans and ducks basking in the sunshine under the east side of the Bridgers.
