A wide open aerial view of the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Harlequin Lake and the Firehole River flow out into the valley to join the headwater of the Madison River just below the small town of West Yellowstone. Then north into the Madison Arm of Hebgen Lake in the distance. From there it flows in out below the southern Madison Range to begin the Madison River below Quake Lake.
